As with the first movie, this is a dual-audio release featuring the in-character commentary track in addition to the main track, and I believe this is also the very first subtitled dual-audio release of this movie with commentary. In order to avoid confusion, there will be no bonus subtitle track filled with German terms: the only subtitle tracks provided will be the main dialogue track and the commentary track.
@Piroca de Fantasma é Geladinha: When it comes to Lyrical Nanoha even one day is too long for me and the movie actually aired on 14 July of last year than count the time till the BlueRay was out and you have an eternity.
